The Montpellier Chapter, in Cheltenham, is delighted to announce its status as an Official Gifting Partner to the British Academy Television Awards in 2012.

JANUARY 16, 2012: The Montpellier Chapter, in Cheltenham, is delighted to announce its status as an Official Gifting Partner to the British Academy Television Awards in 2012.

The British Academy Television Awards celebrate the very best of Television. The wide range of award categories from news and current affairs to drama and comedy show always ensures an eclectic range of winners. The winners will be announced on Sunday May 27 at a star-studded televised event staged at Royal Festival Hall on London’s South Bank.

The Montpellier Chapter has been selected as a BAFTA Gifting Partner and this marks the start of an exciting partnership for the hotel.

Hotel spokeswoman Anne Allin said: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with BAFTA. As a much loved British institution that recognises those in the television, film and gaming industry, their passion for the creative arts and different forms of media echoes our mantra at the hotel. It is a very natural fit given our passion for new technologies, entertainment and creative arts.”

All nominees for The British Academy Television Awards will receive a gift and invitation to visit The Montpellier Chapter in their nominee gift bags.

Other aspects of The Montpellier Chapter’s partnership with The British Academy in 2012 will include a number of special events and screenings hosted at the hotel.

To mark the partnership, guests staying at The Montpellier Chapter in April and May will be able to watch a bespoke exhibition of BAFTA curated photography will play on the televisions in each guest room for the duration of these months.
