The Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa - who was recently nominated for a top UK customer service award - has hired an ex royal butler to train staff.
A TOP CHELTENHAM hairstylist has called in the services of a former Royal Butler to help train staff in the salon. The Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa have engaged Grant Harrold to assist staff in improving their hosting and etiquette skills.
Grant Harrold has served as a butler on many private estates in the UK before being elevated to the position as Butler to HRH the Prince of Wales, the Princes William and Harry and HRH The Duchess of Cornwall in 2004. He also Butlered and acted as PA for HRH Prince William The Duke of Cambridge and his wife HRH Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge.
Grant, who lives in The Cotswolds, will be visiting The Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa on Wednesday October 23 where he will be talking to staff about how to deliver the ultimate service style.
Following the training session, Grant will also be doing a talk for clients and non-clients of The Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa who are interested in hearing more stories from the royal household and picking up tips on dinner party etiquette.

Grant Harrold has worked for numerous VIPs, celebrities and members of the nobility including the Marquess of Tavistock and his family, and his Grace the Fifteenth Duke of Bedford. Grant has met people from Neil Diamond to Sir John Mills, Stephen Fry, Roger Moore, Cliff Richard, Rod Stewart, Hillary Clinton, and Kings, Queens, and Presidents from all over the world. Grant’s parents are in private service for an Earl and Countess, and his brother is now Butler to a King.
