The Montpellier Chapter in Cheltenham has launched an exclusive Diamond Rush getaway package to coincide with the world’s most extravagant treasure hunt. The Diamond Rush is being organised by Beards Jewellers in aid of Maggie’s Cancer Centres on the weekend of September 13. The public are being invited to hunt out a staggering 10 real diamonds hidden at various key landmarks within the town.
The Montpellier Chapter’s Diamond Rush package will include two nights accommodation, complete with a full English breakfast on each morning. Guests will also receive a luxury Diamond Rush treasure map plus a special #DiamondRush cocktail, created especially for the event.
The treasure maps found in guests’ rooms will point them in to the general direction as to where they are able to start searching for the diamonds. For those wanting extra clues, Clue Makers branded in Diamond Rush T-Shirts will be at strategic points across the town throughout the weekend. The Montpellier Chapter has pledged to make a donation to Maggie’s Cancer Centre from every Diamond Rush booking made.
General Manager Barry Watson, from The Montpellier Chapter, said: “With a real buzz building in the town, The Diamond Rush is set to be a phenomenal event. Interest is growing throughout the country and many diamond hunters will be travelling from far and wide and in search of somewhere to rest their weary heads after a full day searching. We are really looking forward to welcoming Diamond Rush guests and thrilled to be supporting such a fantastic cause and innovative idea.”
